A delegation from the University of Zakho, consisting of Dr. Mohammed Haitham Abdulwahab and Dr. Karwan Saleh Wesi, participated in the Mid-Term Management Meeting held in Rome, Italy, as part of the TRANSITION Project funded by the Erasmus+ program.

During the meeting, the completed stages of the project were reviewed, and the upcoming steps were discussed to achieve the project’s goals related to preserving the tangible and intangible cultural heritage of minority communities.

The representatives of the University of Zakho presented a detailed overview of the project’s Quality Assurance Plan, which falls within the university’s responsibilities. The presentation included an explanation of the plan’s components, a review of the previously prepared reports on completed activities, and a clarification of future procedures to ensure that the project continues in accordance with the highest quality standards.
